Shipping policy

**Our products are handmade and are manufactured with love and a special attention to the detail.Please allow up to five (5) business days for your order to be prepared and shipped out.Thank you for your patience.** 

Delivery of products is carried out by courier companies and shipped out within 5 business days of ordering. Once your order has been shipped, we estimate delivery within 1-5 business days of its ship date, depending on your exact location.

Notice: Orders are processed and shipped business days only. Orders which are made during the weekend or national holidays are being processed the next business day.

 

Delivery of products in Greece

Shipping in Greece is FREE.

Cash on delivery in Greece is FREE. 

  • Attica within 1-3 business days.
  • In the rest of Greece within 2-7 business days.

 

Delivery of products outside of Greece

Cash on delivery outside of Greece is not valid.

  • In Cyprus within 3-5 business days, the cost of shipping is 5€ for all packages.
  • In Europe within 3-8 business days, the cost of shipping is 10€ for all packages (DHL EXPRESS).
  • In non-EU countries and the rest of the world within 5-15 business days, the cost of shipping is 35€ for all packages.

Notice: We are not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs. Duties and taxes are calculated based on your order, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the shipping cost and/or any taxes and duties incurred.

 

IN STORE PICK-UP 

We also offer the option of in store pick-up. If you choose these option, you may contact our customer service team to schedule an appointment to pick up your order or wait an email confirming your order is ready to be picked up. Pick up point: Eypolidos 14, Athens, 10552 Greece (1st Floor), Pick up hours Monday-Friday 12:00-18:00. If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, the order will be available for pick up for 7 days. After that period, the company reserves the right to cancel your order.
